Important Details

• Prior to the event, you'll receive an email with your assigned photo session time. During your scheduled time, you'll enjoy a private one-on-one experience with Charlie, giving you plenty of time for photos and special moments.  Your session may include up to 3 people.
• 📸 Registration is required for anyone participating in the photo experience with Charlie.
• 👧 Children 5 and under are free when accompanied by a registered paying adult.
• 🐮 For the safety and comfort of both our guests and the animals, all interactions with Charlie will be guided by his handler.
• Unfortunately, there are no refunds.  If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place or you will receive a store credit valid for 45 days.
