Mistletoe & Moo - Saturday, November 28th from 11am-1pm

Mistletoe & Moo
Highland Cow Photos & Holiday Crafts at Planks & Paint

A fluffy little visitor is coming to the studio—and we can’t wait for you to meet her! 🐮

Join us on Small Business Saturday, November 28, for a memorable visit with Elsie the Highland cow, followed by some creative fun at Planks & Paint. This special experience is part of Shop Small Broomfield, celebrating the small businesses that make our community special.

Meet Elsie & Capture the Moment
Elsie will be visiting from 11 AM–1 PM. Each 5-minute time slot is limited to a maximum of 3 people. If you’d like to have more than 3 people in your photo, please reserve two consecutive time slots! Think of it kind of like pictures with Santa…it moves along fairly quickly, but you are guaranteed your full 5 minutes with Elsie for photos and cuddles. Because appointments are booked back-to-back, we won’t be able to go beyond your reserved time without cutting into the next group’s visit.

Our mini Highland friends also have a maximum working time of two hours, so keeping everyone on schedule helps make sure Elsie gets plenty of rest, too.

Choose Your Creative Keepsake
Keep the fun going in the studio with a Highland cow project! Choose from the available options when booking, including a suncatcher or photo frame, and make it your own with your favorite colors.

Choose from two exclusive DIY projects:
• Highland Suncatcher
• Highland Photo Frame

(Please note these are DIFFERENT designs from when we had Charlie in the studio.)

Additional painters in your group?
Each registration includes one project and one five-minute visit with Elsie for up to three people. If others in your group would like to craft, add a suncatcher or photo frame for $38 each, or a kids’ project for $25 each.  Additional projects share your group’s reserved visit and do not include extra cow time.

A Keepsake to Remember Your Visit
Each registration includes one complimentary photo ornament keepsake as well! We’ll use one of the photos captured of your group during your visit with Elsie and turn it into a photo magnet that attaches to a prefinished wooden ornament. Display it for the season, then enjoy your magnet year-round. Additional ornaments and photo magnets will be available for purchase—perfect for sharing with family or giving as gifts!

While you’re here, explore the Shop Small Broomfield celebration and discover more local businesses to support this holiday season.
