We want you to be happy with your purchase and your experience with Rustic Ranch Relics. Our return policy is for exchange or store credit only! When items are returned, they must have original tags on them and must not have been worn or washed. Items must be sent back to Rustic Ranch Relics within 10 days or they will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or item, there will be another shipping charge of $6.95. Please include your name and phone number in your return as well as reason for the return. Custom & personalized items are not returnable. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Project selection and all wording is required at the time of booking on our registration form. Please double check all spelling and information to ensure have the correct project ready for you at the time of class.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of the projects, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a class credit for a future workshop. We will happily reschedule you for any future class within the following 60 days. Any notice given LESS THAN 48 hours prior to a class will be subject to a Transfer Fee in order to be transferred to a future class (Original project and/or design only please).
‘No-Show’ Attendees: Any guest that is a “No-Show” for their reserved workshop session will forfeit the missed session and will need to pay to re-register.
Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees.
Private Party Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due when booking your private party. Once the minimum number of participants is met, we will refund your initial deposit. If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your private party the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private party times on our calendar.
For private parties, we require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party.
I release Planks & Paint DIY Workshop from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at Planks & Paint DIY Workshop. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Planks & Paint DIY Workshop entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in a woodworking workshop. Drills, hammers, mallets, nails, sand paper, paint and oil based stain will be used in class. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
I acknowledge that any photos or videos taken during class may be used for social media, online and print marketing, and other promotional needs for Planks & Paint DIY Workshop
By purchasing a space to any Planks & Paint DIY Workshop class or workshop, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Planks & Paint DIY Workshop for any reason.
GARLIC OF EATIN' SEASONING MIX
This one disappears quickly! One of our 'packed full of flavor' dips that combines roasted garlic, tomato, rosemary and other special herbs with your artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese.
Roasted Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Rosemary, Oregano, Pepper, and Spices.
No MSG, No Chemicals, No Perservatives, No Salt, Gluten Free
Yields 3 batches
GARLIC OF EATIN' SEASONING RECIPE
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 jar (6 ½ oz) Artichoke Hearts
½ cup Crab, Shrimp, or Almonds (optional)
3 Tbs THE GARLIC OF EATIN’
Be sure to mix contents of package well before measuring. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Put in an oven proof dish. Refrigerate at least three hours. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes at 325F or until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread squares.
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Jar (6 ½ oz) Artichoke Hearts
½ cup Parmesan Cheese (optional and extraordinary)
3 Tbs THE GARLIC OF EATIN’
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients and place in serving container. Refrigerate at least three hours for flavors to blend.
NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
